General Sales Manager:

ABC57 in South Bend, Indiana, is seeking a dynamic and results driven General Sales Manager to increase market share and drive revenue while fostering a culture of success. 

 

About the Role

· Lead and inspire our sales team to expand market share and drive sustained revenue growth

· Foster a culture through mentorship, strategic leadership, and accountability

· Serve as an innovative and proven sales leader with strong negotiation and client engagement skills

· Balance strategic planning with hands on execution to maximize station revenue 

 

What You’ll Do

· Generate new business and develop strategic sales opportunities 

· Manage inventory and pricing strategies 

· Develop accurate revenue forecasts to meet and exceed budget goals

· Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent

· Perform additional duties as assigned

 

What You’ll Need

· Minimum of 5 years of broadcast sales management experience

· Mastery of Microsoft Office, Wide Orbit, and Nielsen

· Proven ability to grow revenue, exceed sales targets, and manage inventory

· Strong leadership experience in recruiting and developing sales talent
