Production Assistant

Objective

As a Communication Studies major and Podcast Producer, I am a source of information, inspiration, and motivation via my Apple/iTunes Podcast, TRUTH. My being is fueled as I speak from my heart and open the hearts of others. I relentlessly obtain more knowledge and wisdom only to become a source of enlightenment in a dim world. To give hope to the hopeless and optimism to a pessimist. Tru☥h cultivates positive change to a listening ear.

My concentration, Applied Communication-consists of three dynamic disciplines: Journalism and Mass Communication, Visual Media Design, Library and Information Sciences. Amongst these disciplines, my most prominent skills are Marketing, Media Production, Speaking, Strategic Communication, and Writing. I value serving as an asset to companies, consumers, and organizations.

As a CCI Ambassador, I am dedicated to developing strategic concepts and proposals for the ongoing enhancement of Kent State University's College of Communication and Information. I promote and recruit incoming students and their families via university recruitment fairs and media outlets. As the National Association of Black Journalists' Director of Community Outreach, I lead many impactful events and meetings, network with professionals and students, but most importantly-I promote the importance of professionalism to marginalized communities at Kent State University. I have previously served as a positive asset to students as a co-host on an inspirational/motivational radio show, Dr. B's Crib. This pursuit is what led to the production of my very own Apple Podcast, Tru☥h. My ultimate career goal is to manifest my most prominent skills into the development of the entertainment industry, nonprofit organizations, and marketing companies; ultimately, allowing all to reach their highest capacity in any desired aspects.
