SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (New York, NY) InsideHook is seeking an Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits.

The Opportunity: lnsideHook is looking for an aggressive Account Executive to grow partnerships, create new advertising relationships, and develop first-to-market experiences for new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic. They will have a track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
The Account Executive will report to the company’s Vice President of Revenue.
Drive revenue growth and new business opportunities for InsideHook.
Identify and seize opportunities for growing existing accounts, as well as identifying new markets and opportunities.
Partner with the Vice President to craft and execute upon strategic plans to reach, and ideally exceed, revenue and budget goals.
Under the direction of the Vice President of Revenue, work closely with the Creative, Content, and Product teams to continually enhance the value of the services and products offered to clients; contribute to InsideHook’s custom content strategies which differentiate us in the marketplace.
Collaborate with the Audience and Creative teams to offer partners valuable insights and reporting.
Provide ongoing pipeline and forecasting updates to leadership.
Dynamic, highly motivated, proactive seller with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must speak all modern dialects of advertising with a focus on content, email, data and PMP.
5 years digital media sales experience with a track record of success.
Strong relationships with decision makers with both clients and agencies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in leading negotiations with partners, with an aim towards gaining market share.
History of meeting and ultimately exceeding organizational revenue targets. Experience with strategic planning.
Familiarity with industry and market trends, ever-changing technology, and an ability to find opportunities where others do not.
A desire to help chart the future of digital media and advertising.
Ability to balance individual accountability and a collaborative spirit in pursuit of company goals.
Candidates should live in or around New York City or Los Angeles.
