exaqueo, an employer brand consultancy, is growing and we’re seeking an employer brand content producer and storyteller. This is a full-time, salaried, individual contributor role primarily focused on writing and content development. It is a virtual (work-from-home) role but the employee must be based and have the right to work in the United States.

About the role: In this role, you’ll be telling the authentic, real, and diverse stories of our clients who come to us for our niche expertise in employer brand and talent strategy. You’ll help amplify and bring their authentic employment experiences to life through content strategy and content creation, and bring your social and cultural awareness to the stories we tell. You’ll partner with the client engagement team and our creative team to ensure our work is aligned, cohesive, and effective.
You’ll start every day ready to work—hard. Your work will be balanced between helping to create content on client projects to facilitating content development plans, and supporting the content needs of the organization. From day to day, you may be:
heads down creating content, such as web copy, employee stories, social media posts, job postings and descriptions
developing content approaches and innovating new ways to tell stories
providing consulting advice on voice, tone, content channels, or content effectiveness
contributing to client messaging strategy and development
proofing and editing others’ work
creating exaqueo blog and social media content
Here’s the reality: You’ll be working with multiple colleagues and clients on any given day and you may find yourself managing challenging clients, addressing tight deadlines, and/or going back to the drawing board. The work ebbs and flows—so, if you’re looking for routine, we’re not the place for you. You’ll have days where you’re moving from task to task or meeting to meeting at a frantic pace. What we want in return:
Experience: We require at least 3-5+ years of in-house (non-vendor) experience in a high-growth or mature company with specific communications and content experience in HR or marketing
Expertise: You have experience in writing for inclusive and diverse audiences and in partnering with and belonging to internal resource groups for those audiences
Resume: You’ve got strong writing, content creation, and storytelling experience, and can talk about the results you have achieved
Organization: you're deadline driven and you thrive on detail-orientation and project management

Travel: during normal times, Travel may be required from time to time. Currently, we are on suspended travel through the end of 2020 subject to change.
Education and training: A college degree is preferred
