The Outlaw Report is looking for pitches of original reporting, explainers, profiles, and longform features and investigations on the fast-evolving world of cannabis in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. They're particularly interested in hearing from writers of color who can contribute stories on a regular basis. The rate is $175 for reported stories of around 750 words.
