The Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI) is dedicated to protecting the world’s aging populations from threats to brain health. We strive to improve brain health for populations across the world, reaching into local communities and across our global network. GBHI brings together a powerful mix of disciplines, professions, backgrounds, skills, perspectives, and approaches to develop new solutions to work compassionately with people in vulnerable and under-served populations to improve outcomes and promote dignity for all people.
The Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brian Health program at (GBHI seeks emerging leaders interested in becoming part of a global community dedicated to protecting brain health and reducing the scale and impact of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias around the world by improving our understanding of brain health and dementia, and leading change in practice, perception, and policy.
The Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health program provides innovative training in brain health, leadership, and dementia prevention to a wide range of promising leaders from various disciplines including the arts, business, economics, law, journalism, medicine, public health, policy, and technology.
Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to brain health and health care policy, as well as an ability to implement effective interventions in local communities and a desire to become a regional leader in brain health, with the goal of reducing the scale and impact of dementia around the world.
This is a paid, 12-month, full-time, in residence fellowship opportunity with a base at either the University of California, San Francisco (USA) or Trinity College Dublin (Ireland).
