About C2 Strategic

Our President and Founder Chad Carlton has led high-stakes, front-line communications for more than three decades working as a journalist, communications director, public relations executive and business owner. He formed C2 Strategic Communications in 2011 and recruited strategists with deep industry experience to provide communications counsel for clients committed to improving their communities. 

C2’s strategies and messages have helped build bridges, move mountains, educate masses and create community consensus for governments, utilities, businesses and non-profits across Kentucky and Indiana. Our team has been a key partner in landmark changes including the Ohio River Bridges Project, RiverLink Tolling System, Mountain Parkway Expansion, I-69 improvements and Sherman Minton Renewal.

We drive transformational change through candid advice and clear communications. Clients trust C2 to be there as a steady, experienced extension of their team.
