Travis began his career selling cars and hasn't checked the rearview mirror since. A graduate of Syracuse University, he held sales and marketing positions for several local and national automotive groups before working exclusively with them as a category specialist at Gannett for 7 years. During that time, Travis was a leader in Gannett's transition from a print publication to a digital media company. Moving to Hubbard Broadcasting's Rochester, NY NBC affiliate in 2012, Travis has ensured that the family-owned television property can compete effectively against the significant resources of major corporate competition with the creation of their in-house full-service digital agency, 191 Interactive. In 2017 he added the responsibilities of new business development to include the spot television side of the business, thus increasing his scope of expertise to include TV. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to Local Sales Manager where he has fully immersed into the world of TV while still remembering his digital roots to provide a more effective multimedia marketing experience.
