KCAW is an eclectic, community broadcaster located in Sitka, Alaska. The station serves a total audience over-the-air of about 10,000 people in 7 island communities. Our online audience -- especially for news stories -- can be many times larger. Raven Radio went on the air in 1982, and is a contributing member of CoastAlaska, Alaska Public Media (formerly the Alaska Public Radio Network), and National Public Radio.
