I am responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy that ensures that I assist business in placing the right people into the right roles. Being a millennial, my passion is to ensure that we are ahead of the game with digital branding and social media. As a strategic partner, I actively involve myself in all HR operations and recruitment initiatives. I believe that it is critical to link the talent acquisition and HR operations strategy to the business strategy and overall people strategy. I have a particular passion for working on HRIS and have been given the opportunity to be a system expert for the region.
