Organizational change effects many levels and typically moves businesses forward. I can adapt very easily to new environments and am the kind of HR professional who excels in a constantly changing environment, effects positive change, and helps identify the best talent for an organization. I worked for two Fortune 500 organizations and was on a management team that helped implement change following mergers, acquisitions, downsizings, and economic changes.
During the last 10 years, my primary career focus has been in human resources and I feel that I can most adequately contribute to an organization in the areas of Recruiting, HRIS, and Training. Those skills were put to the test while at Home Depot as I created multiple training programs, facilitated the use of a new e-learning and labor scheduling system, and successfully implemented diversity recruiting and retention programs.
At MCI/WorldCom, change was constant due to the fast-changing operational structure of working in an emerging telecommunications company during a technology boom. My personal nature is to help an organization wherever needed and as a result, I have developed a cross-functional set of skills in program management, technical recruiting, personnel management, customer relations, systems/process training, and product development.
My employers know that they can count on me to fill whatever holes are required and act as an agent of change while moving business forward.
