Ideal candidates are fluent in both public records searches and narrative nonfiction, know how to cultivate a wide array of sources, and have some familiarity with new-media best practices. Most important, they will possess a burning, insatiable desire to tell stories that matter, to tell them well, and to do it unapologetically. Sound like you? Good.
