Manages and oversees the administrative functions of NABJ programs and events outside of the Annual Convention (Media Institutes, regional conferences, student programming, etc.)
Assists the Senior Project Manager with administrative functions of Annual Convention programming.
Manages and oversees all administrative functions of NABJ awards, including the Salute to Excellence, Special Honors, Hall of Fame, and student scholarships and fellowships.
Manages and oversees all administrative functions of NABJ student. programs, including scholarships, Student Projects, and short courses.
Manages and oversees all administrative functions of student internships and provides leadership to interns at the NABJ National Office.
Manages all relations with foundation partners, included but not limited to: identify new grant opportunities; oversees with proposal writing; manages all programmatic aspects of project-based grants; provides interim and final status reports.
Assists communications and development departments in producing and developing advertising and marketing project(s) and/or product(s) in print, social media, website, eblasts, and other media.
Assists Board of Directors and Executive Consultant in program-related activities as assigned.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
